ISOKING ^TM Glass Wool Insulation lamella is made from natural ores such as quartz sand, dolomite, feldspar, limestone and so on, which are melted into glass fluid by adding in accessories such as calcined soda and borax and then drawn, bown or thrown into very thin fiber by external force under fusing state. These fibers are bonded together using a thermosetting resin to form the final product which is cut into suitable sizes for easy handling and installation.

ISOKING ^TM Glass Wool Insulation lamella production lines range from 5 to 700 tons/day capacity (100,000 to 1,500,000 tons/year), and are fully automated thanks to PLC and Scada systems.
